In PowerPoint I learned how to create slides that demonstrate segments of a speech or presentation one may be showing to a group of others, perhaps at an idea pitch or presentation at a meeting. You can use the slide master to create changes to all slides at one slide so they all look the same, besides wording. you can insert charts, graphs, photos and movies into each slide, or even a link if you feel its necessary.

Tips: 
*using the master slide to edit all slides
*using gradients for background images
*displaying charts and graphs
*keep slides short and sweet, so nothing too much
*transitions must be short and simple, this isnt the 4th grade

Command+W =close

Command+M =minimize

Command+Z =undo

Command+Y =redo

Command+N =new window

Command+Z =delete
